This page covers the Launch Media strategy call form and the page it sits on. Launch Media is a marketing agency that runs Meta advertising for research brands.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: your first name, email address, phone number, your store URL and your answers about monthly revenue and monthly ad spend.
• How you arrived: the advertising and campaign parameters in the link you clicked, such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, click identifiers including fbclid, and the page that referred you.
• If you book a call, the time you picked and the details the booking form asks for.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare for and confirm your strategy call, and to understand which adverts bring in enquiries so we do not keep paying for ones that do not.

Who we share it with

• Our customer records. Your details are stored in our CRM so our team can contact you about the call.
• Our internal messaging. A summary of your enquiry is posted to a private Launch Media channel so somebody picks it up.
• Our booking tool. If you book a call, that tool holds the booking.
• Meta. We tell Meta that an enquiry happened so our advertising reporting is accurate. Where personal details are used for this, they are hashed first.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact about working together, and after that for as long as we need it for our own records. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@launchmedia.org and we will deal with it.

Cookies and similar technology

This page stores the advertising parameters from your visit in your browser for the length of your session, so that your enquiry can be matched to the advert you clicked. Meta may set its own cookies, such as _fbp and _fbc, which identify the browser rather than you by name.
